Health Coverage Handbook: Hospital Edition A document compiled by CKF-IN and its partners outlining promising practices around the issues of outreach, enrollment and retention Tried and true practices designed to help hospitals streamline enrollment process while generating revenue and decreasing otherwise uncompensated care Handbook will be available to hospitals for a nominal fee and include free updates 8

Hospital Service Product Line A line of services currently in development at the request of IHA offering consulting services to hospitals Services include analysis of patient management process, recommendations for improvement and evaluation of success 9
