The B & G Energy company is a team comprised of highly experienced, knowledgeable and goal oriented professionals who share the same business philosophy. “Success is measured in many ways” however failure is measured only one way “inability to complete the goals and objectives we set for ourselves”

Cheap crude oil has fueled some of the most astonishing advances of the 1900s. Global trade, the birth of heavy industry, rapid and (relatively) painless global transport of people and that consummate icon of America, the automobile.

Demand is at an all time high causing the price of crude oil to rise more than 200 % in the last 18 months. The United States is more than 70 percent dependent on foreign oil.

To reduce our dependency on foreign oil the IRS has allowed all tax payers who invest in exploration of Oil & Gas within the United States borders (U.S. soil) will receive a 100 % tax deduction.

What this means to you is 80 % of your investment in B & G Energy is considered ordinary income loss in 2004 and the remaining 20 % will be amortized by Furthermore only 85 % of the income you receive will be considered taxable.

Oil & Gas ventures normally are sold as limited partnerships giving away your voting rights to a general partner. The general partner (the oil company) would control the entire partnership. I structured B & G Energy as if I were the investor. Investors purchase a percentage of a joint venture equal to 100 percent, retain all there voting rights (1% = 1 vote) and full control of the venture.

B & G Energy researches, evaluates and analyzes all potential ventures both efficient and cost effectively.
