Lean manufacturing Eliminates waste in the production process Overproduction Waiting time Unnecessary transportation Excess processing Too much inventory Unnecessary motion Defects

JIT- Just In Time JIT is an inventory strategy that strives to improve a business’s return on investment by reducing in-process inventory

Kanban System Kanban Is the method of production and materials movement in the lean manufacturing system

Kaizen It is a Japanese word for “improvement” or “change for the better” It uses a scientific method to spot and eliminate waste in business processes.
