Agenda 1. Recent iteration and job done 2. What we are doing now

I1 I2 E1 C1 C2 Current situation Inception Elaboration Construction

Job done on the Construction iteration 1  Request real test data from Ms.Izel  Ms. Izel provided us with DOC files the President’s Weekly Letter – March issues for testing.  Held a system demonstration with Ms. Izel  We get a lot of constructive feedbacks  Tradeoffs: She is requesting even more functionality! And we are suffering!  Installing the application on a test server   Implementing another 2 use cases(prototype, design, code, test)  “Maintain task” and “Maintain PWL”  Refine/Start a bunch of documents

Construction iteration 2 Gantt Chart

What are we doing now?(C2)  Take user feedbacks into consideration  Fixing things according to Ms. Izel’s feedback  Finishing up rest of the use cases  Currently, it’s almost done.  Another complete system demonstration with Ms.Izel  Around this coming Friday  Running full optioned system test  Test according to a test scenario check list (Vilachith, Patra, Aye Aye)  automated test by chaky  Reports, Reports, Reports  Why not agile?
