Monterey Peninsula Water Management District 2 STATUS OF CAL-AM COMPLIANCE WITH SWRCB ORDER SWRCB ORDER LIMITS CAL- AMS PRODUCTION FROM THE CARMEL RIVER TO NO MORE THAN 11,285 ACRE-FEET (AF) PER WATER YEAR. THE SWRCB-BASED PRODUCTION LIMIT FOR CAL-AM FROM THE CARMEL RIVER THROUGH JUNE 16, 2005, IS 8,640 AF.

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District 3 STATUS OF CAL-AM COMPLIANCE WITH SWRCB ORDER THROUGH JUNE 16, 2005, CAL-AM HAS PRODUCED 8,249 AF FROM THE CARMEL RIVER FOR CUSTOMER USE. THEREFORE, CAL-AMS YEAR-TO- DATE PRODUCTION FROM THE CARMEL RIVER IS 391 AF UNDER THE SWRCB LIMIT.
