The Odyssey Postcard What it is and how to do it.

The Situation You have left home for what you believe is a good cause: to fight a war. Unfortunately, you must leave your wife and young son behind, and the war lasts for ten, long years. You are excited that it is finally over and you cannot wait to return home to your family. Your wish must wait, though, because you have encountered many difficulties on your trip back home.

Your Idea Because there is still no such thing as text messaging, , or even telephones, you decide to write postcards to your wife to let her know what your journey is like. You realize you will not be able to send them, but write them as if she would get them soon even though you will hand her all of them upon return. You want to tell her about the events of your journey and what you are thinking about in relation to those events.
