Who is involved? 196 groups of colleges / providers –GFE, Sixth Form, Offender Learning, Adult community, Work based providers 7 groups of Independent Specialist Colleges –NW, SW, NE, SE, Midlands & East Midlands –4 – 7 colleges in a group –Some running 2 years a few just started Funded by LSC. Managed by LSIS & Deloitte
