What is Readers Theatre?

READERS THEATRE Terms Readers Theatre- An oral reading activity that closely resembles radio drama employing the use of vocal and physical suggestions to set the mood of the situation.

READERS THEATRE Terms Picture Overlay- A type of “double vision” with one image superimposed on another. In Readers Theater the audience sees the actual readers while viewing imaginatively the created scene.
