Working with formula As stated before if you want to find out or to do some mathematical function using a spreadsheet application you would have to use some sort of formula. 9created by: Tory Robinson

How to write and use a formula? In order to get a result you will need a formula or select one from the function menu box. 10created by: Tory Robinson

The equal sign (=) must be present in all formulas. The formula must have the cell address of the cells you will work with and not the NOT the number. 11created by: Tory Robinson

How to enter a formula? Select the cell where you want the result to appear. Write the formula. E.g. of a formula is =sum(A1:E5) OR =SUM(A5-E5) 12created by: Tory Robinson
