The Electronic Library for Minnesota contains 48 online databases specifically for Minnesota residents. 24/7 state-wide access ELM databases are available… ▫ at ▫ or via your school media center’s website ▫ or via your local public library’s website ELM is brought to you by your local library or school media center, MINITEX, and State Library Services, the MN state library agency with state appropriations to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and the Minnesota Department of Education, and federal LSTA funds under the support of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
