Basic life support Mouth to mouth  2 times Chest compression  30 times How can we do? JUST FOR GIRL FRIEND!

Equivalent survival between chest compression only vs chest compression and mouth to mouth ventilation

Chest compression only is better than chest compression plus mouth to mouth

No significant difference in survival Trend towards better outcome in compression ‐ only groups for cardiac cause & shockable rhythms

Most cardiac arrest in adult  VF & VT  early defibrillation ABC sequences  chest compression will be delayed CAB  chest compression will be initiated ASAP < 50% victim received by standard CPR rescuers  CAB sequences will make sure all victims can receive chest CPR Unwilling to do mouth-to-mouth Circulation is more important than ventilation

THE MORE PUSH HARD & DEEP THE BETTER RETURN OF SPONTANEOUS CIRCULATION

THE MORE PERFUSION THE BETTER RETURN OF SPONTANEOUS CIRCULATION DO NOT STOP FOR VENTILATION
