Technology Curriculum Integration According to ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education), "Curriculum Integration, is intended to convey the importance of integrating the use of technology into the curriculum. In fact, the purpose of the learning activities is to focus the technology use on curriculum discipline-specific, content-area curriculum using technology as a tool to foster higher level outcomes. Todays Mission Mission: Mission Possible In todays session, we will be exploring various resources on the Internet that will focus on components of Curriculum Integration and Assessment. As you embark on your mission through cyberspace, remember to take notes on your websites of interest for reflection and distribution to your district team and schools once the mission is complete. It is very important to complete all steps in the mission. *There will be rewards for exceptional research and documentation!

Portal Upon entering the portal, observe the different realms of resources. Begin with Assessmentvisit the sites and explore links of interest that might be meaningful for sharing and collaborating. Remember to record resources of interest in your journal entry. Do the same for the other realms, which include Secondary and Elementary multi-categorical resources, Techit Tools and Miscellaneous (*Hint-- there could be a prize involved).

Final Steps for the Mission Before completing your mission, you will need to re-visit Sign up for your very own portal in cyberspace so that you can record and keep all of your resources from the mission in online storage!
