Re-roofing Program Overview BCS has approximately 3.5 million sq. ft. of roof area BCS has 8 different roofing types & 6 roof deck systems Reroofing is funded through the Capital Outlay process Reroofing is done on an incremental basis BCS current standard for roof warranties is years New Building Codes & good practice require costly upgrades to slope, insulation & wind uplift resistance Asbestos abatement & structural repairs are expected when reroofing older built-up roofs Maintenance Dept. responds to leak reports
