 Shouldn’t ignore the Bible since it claims to be the Word of God.  But many reject and ignore the Bible.  But I’m not interested in the opinion of the skeptic toward the Scriptures. 2

 The Bible claims to be from God: 2 Tim. 3:  What does Jesus say about the Bible? Matt. 4:4  Scriptures give life: Jn. 6:63, 68  Even the smallest detail important: Matt. 5:17- 18; 23:23  Jesus’ teaching turned on something as small as a verb tense: Matt. 22: Jesus and the Scriptures

 Many treat the Bible like a cafeteria: Mk. 16:16; Jer. 36:23  Many claim to accept Jesus but reject the Bible: Matt. 19:4-5; 23:25  Noah and the flood? Matt. 24:36-39  Moses? Jn. 7:19; 5:46  Jonah? Matt. 12:38-41  Daniel? Matt. 24:15  The Old Testament?  Jesus accepted all of the Bible, not just part of it! Lk. 24:25-27,
