Proverbs 3:13-26

 Keep God’s Commands  Be loving and faithful  Trust in the Lord  Do not be wise in own eyes  Honor the Lord with your wealth  Accept the Lord’s Discipline

 Proverbs 3:13 – “Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding….”

 Proverbs 3:13-26  Better than silver and gold  More precious than rubies  Grants long life, riches and honor  Tree of life

 Proverbs 4:5-6-- Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or swerve from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.

 Psalm 111:10 -- The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.

 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.

 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness…"

 Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!

 Colossians 1:28 -- We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ.

 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom…. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
