What’s your Creative Process? Write the question at the top. Think about the steps you take to create or make things—like art, crafts, posters, stories, games, Lego things, etc. Respond to the question.

What’s Your Creative Process? Writing Process Video Not everyone uses the same process to write. These people are going to explain how they develop a piece of writing. While watching this video, think about the similarities and differences between the way you go about writing a story and the way they write stories.

The Writing Process Prewriting: The idea stage Drafting: The writing stage Revising: Think about content and style; rework your words and the order in this stage Editing: Identify and correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling mistakes Publishing: The sharing stage

Think about it: Draw a picture (or a few pictures) to show that you understand the writing process. Add color! Be ready to share.
