What is the meaning behind this image? Who is the intended audience?

The meaning of this image is that the Americans are coming for Bin Laden and making him pay for the terrorist actions against their country. The intended audience of this image is all the citizens of the United States.

Ethically you feel the attacks of 9/11were wrong and there is a need for retaliation.

Logically when there is an act of violence against you its logical to defend yourself and fight back.
