SACSCOC Fifth Year Interim Report Due March 2016 Institutions will be notified about 11 months prior to due date Components: > Signature Attesting to Integrity > Institutional Summary Form > Fifth-Year Compliance Certification (17 Standards) > Follow up Report (if requested by Board of Trustees) > QEP Impact Report The Standards CR 2.8, 2.10, 3.2.8, , 3.4.3, , , and FR 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7/CS , 4.8, and 4.9 Reviewed by Fifth Year Interim Review Committee in June and December yearly. Results of the review conveyed in a letter a month after the Review.

Additional Standards (con’t) Federal Requirement 4.9 Definition of Credit Hours The institution has policies and procedures for determining the credit hours awarded for courses and programs that conform to commonly accepted practices in higher education and to Commission policy.

Publication of Accreditation Status Comprehensive Requirement A member or candidate institution represents its accredited status accurately and publishes the name, address, and telephone number of the Commission in accordance with Commission requirements and federal policy.
