St. Catherine of Sienna, Doctor of the Church The lily is a sign of purity. The stigmata a reminder of her relationship to the crucified Christ. Dear God, teach me to be tolerant of the pain and suffering in my own life without complaining. Allow me to be an example of Christian leadership like St. Catherine of Sienna.

This image reminds me of the Nativity. Mary is shown as a very loving and compassionate mother. Jesus is shown as the most vulnerable of all life, a child. Mary, Mother of God, strengthen me to recognize Christ’s presence in all life especially the lives of the most vulnerable.

Thank you for the gift of life. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you through the works of my hands. Let my hands be your hands.

Heavenly Father, inspire the work of all of Your Faithful Church. Energize me to do my step up and do my part.

Dear God, continue to inspire in me the gifts of wonder and awe. Allow me to recognize your joy and your miracles in all creation.
