Welcome to the CAU/City Delivery Workshop You will find in this booklet a collection national level settlements and contract administration material achieved since the 2008 Biennial convention in Boston this past summer. The material we will discuss today contains many excellent provisions and strategies to bolster and strengthen your enforcement of the National Agreement. The Contract Administration Unit, under the direction of William Young, is composed of a diverse group of resident officers and staff who handle grievances and arbitrations at the national level. The CAU team is lead by Vice President, Gary Mullins. Other resident officers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience and serve the CAU are: George Mignosi, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer; Dale Hart, Director of City Delivery; Brian Hellman, Director of Safety and Health; Ernie Kirkland, Director of Retired Members; Myra Warren, Director, Mutual Benefits Association; Timothy O’Malley, Director of Health Benefits.
