Application Process MyCerts Application Portal https://mycerts.api.org/AccountManager/Welcome Questionnaire, Quality Manual, and Conformity Matrix are required Applications are reviewed after the application materials are submitted and fees are received (2-3 weeks) Once application has been accepted, an initial audit will be scheduled based on auditor availability (2-4 months) After the Audit report is submitted to API, the final audit recommendation will be issued to the client (3-6 months)
