ISOcat a Data Category Registry ISOcat (isocat.org) is the Data Category Registryisocat.org for ISO Technical Committee 37 Terminology and other language and content resources hosted by its registration authority Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics ISOcat provides everybody the means to find and select data categories also via tools using an API create and share data categories submit data categories for recommendation by CLARIN-NL/VL ISO TC 37
ISOcat and CMDI In the Component Registry editor you can make concept links to public metadata container, complex or simple data categories When needed new data categories can be created remember the ISOcat tutorial or see isocat.org/manual/isocat.org/manual/ assign them to the metadata profile copy the PID to the ConceptLink share them with CLARIN-NL/VL Ineke oversees a workflow to make them CLARIN-NL/VL recommended Ineke make them public before your component/profile goes public
