RATIONALE To motivate the Teen Youths to continue taking part in Centre activities on a regular basis so as to Help them develop life skills that will allow them to become successful in life and Encourage them to become an active member of the Community

OBJECTIVES To learn and uphold the human values in their life To enable the teen youths take up more and more responsibilities in Swami’s work To become more independent and be able to make decisions themselves To utilise and manage time more efficiently To be successful in their studies leading right career path To engage into service activities organised by the Centre To become an active member of the community

Salient Features 1 hr/wk session - silent sitting - ice breaker (current affair, of interest) - interactive activity (particpation from all) - reflective activity (thought provoking) - development of Individual skills Brings facilitators in touch with issues Elder (oustside home) to look upon
