Moldova Soil Conservation Project Forest enterprise is the unit of the State Forest Agency, Moldsilva. There are 23 forest enterprises under management of Moldsilva. Forest Enterprise is responsible for regeneration, protection and management of AR project area.

Report on afforestation and reforestation sites from forest enterprises List of sites received form enterprises are processed in MS Excel, and adapted to a database, and MS Excel reports are created and extracted using the function pivot table.

Data processing in MapSource 222 – 231 – points with geographic coordinates represented as per the engineer’s report to facilitate identification of the sites.

Prelucrarea datelor in MapSource Each polygon is represented with its unique ID, and has an object on the map (red ellipse on the image). Polygon ID serves as a link to the rest of the database.

Data export from MapSource MapInfo AutoCAD

Data export from MapSource in MapInfo Moldova’s map with layers of relief, settlement, vegetation, hydrological network etc. is prepared in the MapInfo. The layer with MSCP sites is imported from MapSource into MapInfo
