HANDWASHING

When should we wash our hands or use hand sanitizer?

1. Before eating

2. After going to the bathroom

3. When hands are dirty

4. When you sneeze or cough

5. After touching animals

HANDWASHING TIPS

1. Do the ELBOW SALUTE! Try to sneeze and cough in your elbow rather than your hands

2. Do not put your fingers in your eyes, nose or mouth.

3. Don’t forget to wash between your fingers, under your nails, on the tops of your hands and your wrists.

4. Clean and cut finger nails. 5. Do not put mouth on the water fountain

Handwashing Steps!

Apply Soap!

Lather for 20 seconds Sing Happy Birthday or say ABC’s.
