Bienniel Survey The Division of Forestry has been tasked with monitoring (not enforcing) BMP compliance This is accomplished through a statewide survey every other year Results are published in a public report available through your BMP forester

Contact landowner to confirm work has been done recently, it is for silvicultural purposes, and request permission to do a survey on their property Perform an audit on the site and inform the landowner of the results Compile data
