The Harlem Renaissance was The migration of African Americans to the North during the 1920’s A system that allowed people to buy on credit. A program that put people to work building roads. A time of great activity in the arts by African American writers, musicians, and artists.

Which of these led to the stock market crash of 1929? More people wanted to sell stock than to buy stock. World War I caused the economy to crash. There were too many people without full-time jobs. Farmers could not produce enough food for the country.
