How to get rid of the virus ☺ West Nile virus since it is a virus medicine or antibiotics can not affect it. ☺ When you have this virus you must remain in bed, drink plenty of fluids, and take aspirin or acetaminophen. ☺ Have plenty of fluids like intravenous (iv) fluids.
