Bully busters Hello we’re the bully busters! Gibril,Ahsen,Yasmeen,Tyrra,Habibur, Damien and Ricardo. Our aim is to help you stop bullying and becoming a victim of bullying yourself.

What is Bullying? Bullying is when someone is getting hurt or picked on. There are many types of bullying such as verbal bullying (through what you say), and physical bullying (through your actions). There are many ways we can stop bullying and many people we can talk to about bullying: like teachers, parents/carers, friends or any other adults. So if you are getting bullied, TALK TO SOMEONE!

10 top tips Immediately tell someone you can trust. Do no be intimidated by the bullies. Talk to other people about this (maybe others who are being bullied.) Join a bullying group or have counselling (it makes you feel better.) Try to avoid going near the bullies. Do not hide any information from anyone, if the bullies are threatening you to not tell, then do not take any notice. Let teachers know the details about who the bullies are and what their doing. Do not try to defend yourself by being rude or violent to the bullies as well. Try and make new friends. Don’t get upset over this, just remember if you are getting bullied it’s properly because the bullies are jealous of you.

Anti-bullying policy Tell someone who you can trust immediately. Don’t tell the bully you told on them. Go to the bullying facilities. Famous people got bullied and got over it – remember so will you! Stay away from people who could bully you.

Other people’s opinion Bullying is bad and we want to do something about it. People are getting bullied and people are trying to help, but even with their help sometimes they still get bullied. People say that they have been bullied in lots of different ways. They said that they had been bullied by other people spreading rumours, using violence or calling names.
