_________________________________________________ 2002 INTERNATIONAL RAIL SAFETY CONFERENCE CD PROJECT - REPORT FOR DELEGATES CD PROJECT A Project designed to: Locate the various Papers presented at the International Rail Safety Conferences held between 1990 & 2000, Collate them into a suitable electronic format (CD) and, Produce and supply copies of the CD for the exclusive benefit of delegates.

Unanimous approval given on 10 November 2000 for the establishment of a CD Project Group for the coordination of the production and distribution of conference papers for the years 1990 to 2000 in a CD format

_________________________________________________ 2002 INTERNATIONAL RAIL SAFETY CONFERENCE CD PROJECT - REPORT FOR DELEGATES CONCLUSION The CD Project Group’s 2000 Mandate required it to:  produce the CD (done),  supply copies of the CD (so far some 85 copies have been supplied),  submit a final report (done), and  forward all surplus monies from the CD Project Group's activities to the "Railway Children Charity”. (to be actioned following the 2002 Tokyo conference)

IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING, WITHOUT THEIR ASSISTANCE THE PROJECT WOULD NOT HAVE SUCCEEDED.
