Monitoring Reports 2010 Monitoring Reports 2010  Every month SSD is required to send a monitoring data report to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) with data submitted such as: Total Coliform Total Coliform Turbidity Turbidity Biochemical Oxygen Demand Biochemical Oxygen Demand  Most of SSD influent and effluent water analysis are performed by Fruit Growers Laboratory. The remaining are conducted in-house by staff.  The submitted data has to be within the perimeters determined by EPA and regulated by the SWRCB.
