KEK INA Established in 1995: managers Kostas and Maria OWNERSHIP: Association of Metal Processing Industries and Kostas 3 members of staff (2 female, one male) plus trainers Kostas, Maria and 2 members of organizational staff hold university degree, most trainers hold University degree Training of unemployed and employed in the sector Funding by the ESF (Ministry of Labor), company levy for training (In Greece there is retention of 0.45% of the employee’s gross salary that goes to a special fund for training. Each company can use the money it has deposited for this reason within the next 2 following years.), ADAPT projects
