By Jeremy Phan

Palestinian Perspective Israel is illegally occupying the land of the Palestinian people. Israelis continuously build settlements to push out Palestinians and justify their land claims. Israel Perspective Jews should control all of Israel because it is rightfully theirs based on historical claims dating back to biblical times. Israel must defend itself against Palestinian violence and attacks.

Israel ArgumentsPalestinian Arguments Israel’s historical claims to the land are useless because that was thousands of years ago during biblical times. If there were claims like Israel’s in other countries, the world would be in chaos. The dispute today should be modern. Palestinian citizens are constantly harassed and attacked by Israeli soldiers and settlers. The Diaspora of Jewish settlers is unfairly taking their land. The Jews really don’t need a country of their own since they’re spread out throughout Southwest Asia and Eastern Europe. Israel should be satisfied with the land they claimed in the Six Days War. Palestine’s economy is totally bankrupt because of the Israeli barricade The majority of Palestine’s infrastructure is destroyed by Israel tanks and helicopters Israel must retaliate against Palestinian terrorist attacks. The land is rightfully theirs because it was taken away from them. Hamas is a terrorist group, who usually lead to no good. Palestine set up alliances with other Arab Nations to drive Israelis out of the country There are faults in Palestine’s budget, indicating corruption.

Solution for the Israelis Palestinians should stop their terrorist attacks and give back land that should be theirs from biblical times. Solution for the Palestinians Israel should give back the land it took from Palestine, stop their occupation, and give some money to Palestine to rebuild their economy. Solution for both sides Both sides should stop fighting and agree to the terms of the UN Partition Plan.

Israel’s PoliciesPalestine’s Policies Palestine and Hamas will continue their terrorist attacks because Israel isn’t following the terms of cease- fires and military actions. Palestine continuously attacks Israeli citizens with terrorist attacks and Israel will retaliate as a defensive measure.
