Change of attitudes of the public and elimination of sexual harassment through the sensibilization of employers and increase of knowledge of employees about practice of sexual harassment Aim of the project Sexual harassment on the workplace

To increase the knowledge of public about sexual harassment To persuade the policy makers that the gender mainstreaming is needed To increase gender sensibilization in the policy of Trade unions To promote gender sensibilization through the examples of best practices of helping to the victims, to the employers and Trade unions Specific aims Sexual harassment on the workplace

Monitoring of incidence of sexual harassment Information campaign for the public Courses for awareness raising Counselling in the cases of sexual harassment (for victims, employers and Trade unions) Monitoring of achieved results Dissemination of knowledge (leaflets, discussions, publications, international conferences and meetings) Activities Sexual harassment on the workplace

Survey on sexual harassment will be done by the questionnaires The questionnaires will be disseminated thorough the Trade Unions, NGO-s and Offices of Labour, Social Affairs and Family The questions will be compatible with similar survey on European level Results of this survey will be disseminated with the aim to increase awareness raising of the public Survey on sexual harassment Sexual harassment on the workplace

All activities of the project will be evaluated to determine how well they achieve the objectives and expected impact. Every activity will be evaluated with the help of developed questionnaire by the participants, also by the people visiting web-site. These recommendations in the evaluation form will serve as an evaluation of the partners´ potential and the readiness of community for further activities in this field. Co-ordinating Committee is created by one representatives of each partner. It is needy to reach consensus. Each partner will have one vote. In critical situation will be decided by voting. The sessions of the CC will be minimal once a quater an year In crisis situation CC will meet immediately Decision-makings - Co-ordinating Committee Sexual harassment on the workplace

For fluent managing of the project will be created working groups: Working group for survey Working group for campaign Working group for counselling These working groups will meet once a month The problematic situation will be decided by Coordinating Committee Decision making - Working groups Sexual harassment on the workplace

Compare the incidence of sexual harassment in the partner European countries to identify legislation and bodies dealing with this issue and to know the state policy and measures for the prevention and elimination of sexual harassment Trade union policy and collective agreements in the relation to the sexual harassment Transnational partnership Sexual harassment on the workplace

Realisation of the project I. Realisation of the project II. The study materials on the gender discrimination and sexual harassment on the workplace for the courses in the framework of the project are prepared – their adaptation for the needs of groups is planned The counselling centre in Zvolen is running The counselling centre in Bratislava is working also The web-site on the project is prepared – next days will be functioning The questionnaire on sexual harassment is administrating Sexual harassment on the workplace

9th of June 2006 – 1th courses of awareness raising – for representatives of women organization The courses of awareness raising for representatives of Trade Union are still discussed. The main problem is the coincidance of different EQUAL projects. Now is the chance to start with cources in autumn.
