2013 Special Studies Overview STUDY ELEMENTSURVEY RESEARCH - PLANNING COUNCIL/GRANTEE TARGET POPULATIONYouth-MSM (24 and younger) Incarcerated/Recently Released (within the past months) Goal: Youth MSM: 40 Incarcerated/Recently Released: 50 Emphasis on Youth MSM (align with National HIV/AIDS Strategy for target population) Update Pathways to Care information specific to Youth MSM, integrate information from 2011 & 2012 site visit reports Referral and Linkage Analysis collaborating with TLC program and AIDS Project of Hartford Update Pathways to Care information specific to IRR, integrate information from 2011 & 2012 site visit reports

2013 Special Studies Overview Surveys were conducted over a two month period All regions participated in the special studies Survey tools were reviewed and approved by Planning Council and Grantee In 2012, CAREWare reported 58 Youth-MSM and 10 Incarcerated/Recently Released Survey actuals represent 53% of reported Ryan White Youth- MSM clients
