 Start bringing in change/dollars for the SDM Coin Challenge – This will go to the Habitat for Humanity  Last time we raised a total of $18.12 – Our goal is to raise above this amount!

 April 10-12, 2013  Wednesday- Friday after Easter break  We leave Wednesday at around 10 AM – WE TAKE A LIMO  competitions, workshops, campaigning, 2 dances

 If you’re going to states, you must participate in at least 1 event (written or performance) – Individual event – Team event – You can do up to 3 events, team or individual  Start looking at events SOON so you can starting working on your event!

 If you’re NOT going to states, you can still participate in an event!  CHAPTER DISPLAY! – Create a display of your chapter that incorporates the NYS FBLA Theme, Manufacturing Magnificence – You do not have to go to states to build a display! – People who are going will bring the display and set it up for you!

 If you are in a room with: – 4 people: $393 – 3 people: $411 Includes room for two nights, dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.  REMINDER: the number of SDM events you participate in can help your cost at states! ($100/event)

 Payments: – You need to give Mrs. Nowicki a $50 deposit by January 22  Rest of the payments: – If you participated in 2 events at SDM ($200): $50 January 22 (total of $250) $150 February 25 (Total of $400) – If you participated in 1 event at SDM ($100): $50 January 22 (total of $150) $250 February 25 (total of $400) – If you participated in no events at SDM ($0): $50 January 22 (total of $50) $350 February 25 (total of $400)

 Sign up if you are interested in States – Sign up by February 5 – EVERYONE MUST SIGN UP! (new sign-up format)  Don’t forget your first payment & the permission slip should be in TODAY!
