Morbidity classificn overview Arranged in 21 major chapters Letter D is associated with Chapter 2&3 Letter H is associated with Chapter 6&7 Chapters 1,2,19 & 20 have 2 letters Each chapter has enough 3 character categories, not all are numbered. Most 3 ch categories are subdivided by a 4rth numeric ch after decimal point.
