RELIGION Israel was created with the purpose to be a homeland for the Jewish people and is often referred to as the Jewish state. The Law of Return grants all Jews and Jewish lineage the right to Israeli citizenship. Just over three quarters, or 75% of the population are Jews from various Jewish sources. Approximately 68% of Israeli Jews born in the country, 22% are immigrants from Europe and the Americas and 10% are immigrants from Asia and Africa (including the Arab world). The religious affiliation of Israeli Jews varies widely: 55% say they are "traditional," while 20% consider themselves "secular Jews", 17% define themselves as "Orthodox Jews", the final 8% define themselves as "haredi Jews."

THE WEATHER Israel is a country very hot, and almost absence of precipitation and consequently Israel suffers for lack of enough water. The maximum temperature ever reached in Israel is 43 º C.

KFAR - SABA Kfar Saba is a city in the Sharon region, of the Center District of Israel. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), at the end of 2007, Kfar Saba had a total population of 81,600. Symbol of Kfar-Saba

KFAR - SABA Kfar Saba (ancient Capharsaba) was an important settlement belonging to the Tribe of Ephraim in the southern Sharon during the Second Temple period. It is mentioned for the first time in the writings of Josephus, in his account of the attempt of Alexander Jannaeus to halt an invasion from the North led by Antiochus (Antiquities, book 13, chapter 15). Kfar Saba also appears in the Talmud in connection to corn tithing and the Capharsaba sycamore fig tree. The settlement was likely named after a person called Saba, though this person's importance is not known.

CONCLUSION The culture of a country like Israel, fascinated us, and we have learned much from our correspondents, although only Michal replied to all mails. We conclude, then, that the culture of Israel is not very different from ours, just changing our religion, despite the existing confrontations Israel can keep their culture alive.
