Concept Testing We have done our survey all over the Pakistan and targeted to the leather users products. Customers who are using pure leather products and want to use in different or latest designs or fashion. We have quality leather products for our customers.  We fill following questionnaire from the customers.  Will you try to buy our new leather products?  Yes  No  Will you again to buy our new leather products?  Yes  No  Are you satisfied with our new leather products?  Fully Satisfied  Probably Satisfied  Not Satisfied

Full Screening Method  It is the last stage of evaluation phase. Here Leather Connection match our idea with our resources.  Here we use scoring model to match the idea with our resources.  If anything increase the limits of our resources policy which done by our higher management. We include it in culling Factor.  Veto/Culling Factors:  Technical Equipment 1x5=5  Probable Service Life5x5=25   Above two factors are culling factors which can cancel our project. 
