Getting Started with Video Conferencing A.To activate screen please press screen B.Press the “Conferencing” button to access the Conferencing screen. C.Once you have pressed this button, the next screen will appear, giving you the option to press the “Video Conference” button.

Camera controls Q.Press “Guest PC” and then “Data send” to display of laptop to the Far site R.Press “Rack PC” and then “Data Send” to send the display of rack pc to the Far site S. If you do not see display from Guest PC you will have to follow the following instructions. Exiting and shutting down system When finished please press “Call-Hang up” twice to end the video conference. You do not always have to do this step if far end disconnects call. Press “Dialing controls” Then Press “Off” beside Display controls to turn off wall mounted monitor and Press “Exit” Shutdown Rack PC or Guest PC Roll up chords for mouse and laptop cable if necessary. Put away keyboard and mouse in drawer.
