Getting Started with Video Conferencing A.To activate screen please press screen B.Press the “Conferencing” button to access the Conferencing screen. C.Once you have pressed this button, the next screen will appear, giving you the option to press the “Video Conference” button.

Getting Started with Video Conferencing D.The next screen will appear, giving you the option to enter the Access Code. If you don’t have one, Please call the helpdesk at X81377 to obtain one. E.Press “Video Conference”

Dialing Controls F.Once you have entered your access code, the “Dialing Controls” screen will appear, giving you the option to enter the IP address of your destination. G.Please press ‘”ON” button beside display controls to turn on monitor mounted to the wall and the projector

Computer and/or Laptop VCR/DVD H.Turn ON computer and/ or connect Laptop to long extension. The cable has 2 connectors One video connector and one audio connector. Camera controls Q.Press “Guest PC” and then “Data send” to display of laptop to the Far site R.Press “Rack PC” and then “Data Send” to send the display of rack pc to the Far site S. If you do not see display from Guest PC you will have to follow the following instructions. T.Press Function key and F5 and you will able to project laptop screen Note the Function key may differ from brand to brand. U.When connected you can go into Camera controls to set your camera “NEAR button” in proper position using arrows so the other group can view you properly. You can also control the Front camera and Back camera. You can also control “FAR” end camera so you can view properly. V.You can also increase the volume so you can hear the people at the ‘FAR’ a

Exiting and shutting down system When finished please press “Call-Hang up” twice to end the video conference. You do not always have to do this step if far end disconnects call. Press “Dialing controls” Then Press “Off” beside Display controls to turn off wall mounted monitor and Press “Exit” Shutdown Rack PC or Guest PC Roll up chords for mouse and laptop cable if necessary. Put away keyboard and mouse in drawer.
