 For this portion of my project, I made a Mexican skeleton doll, or La Calavera Catrina. La Calavera Catrina means Dapper Skeleton, and is often shown as a female skeleton in a dress carrying flowers. For my project though, I made a mariachi skeleton marionette. In Mexico, children would traditionally play with these, or they could be hung from walls and ceilings for decoration.

 Horchata is a sweet beverage that originates from Spain. It consists mostly of milk or water, cocoa, cinnamon, sesame seeds, nutmeg, and vanilla. It is actually very bitter unless it has sugar in it.
