Ideas  What do we have in common as Auxiliarists?  What types of diversity do we find in the Auxiliary?  How can we broaden our foundation for mission success?

Implementation  WHAT WORKS? Build strengths of our differences within the membership which create teamwork and mission success.  IMPROVEMENTS? Resolve differences of opinion, functioning modalities, and skill sets. Truth is: The more we know ourselves the less we criticize others.

How do we achieve our diversity goals?  Goal 1 – Positive Environment  Goal 2 – Value All Auxiliarists  Goal 3 – Promote Individual Success

NACO 3 Star Award for Excellence in Diversity Accomplish three action items in each goal area (A total of nine action items) Submit a letter of application to the DCP/DA Applications submitted after July 1 st will be presented to the DCO at NACON.
