-CASE MANAGEMENT - Definition: Counselor managerial activities that facilitate the movement of each consumer through the service process. - Case Load Management: Responsibility of the Counselor for the progress of his/her whole group of consumers - collective result of counselor’s work with individual consumer.

-CASE MANAGEMENT - Requires: Systematic process for planning, managing, and evaluating entire spectrum of counseling functions and tasks.
