Why We Have Time Zones  People use to set their clocks back or forward based on where the sun and stars were in the sky  The earth is on the axis and it is always tilting and rotating  This is why we have seasons  Dawn and dusk occur at different times in different places in the world

How Many Time Zones Do We Have  We have about 24 time zones  There are 6 time zones in the US  All of these time zones are spread all out through the world

How Can Time Zones Effect You  There are different times in different places of the world  Some have a huge time difference and some only have a little time change  When the time changes and you did not set your clock back then you could go to school 1 hour early  It can also effect the amount of sleep you get

Conclusion  So in conclusion, I have talked to you about:  Why we have time zones  How many time zones we have  How time zones can effect you

Thanks For Listening
