TruServe The new version is now mobile responsive TruServe comes in two versions – the core version and the enhanced version. The enhanced version allow you to: track impacts related to activities and stand-alone impacts report on impacts track committees We are constantly taking user feedback to improve TruServe, and ensure that TruServe can meet the changing needs for grant tracking and reporting.
Entering and Reporting Data Any of the data entered can later be reported on. For example, reports can be created for all work done related to a specific program, program goal, location, by staff member, or according to type (such as technical assistance).

STRATEGIC ROLE: Support the sustainability and vitality of SORHs HIGH PRIORITY #1: Increase and diversify funding for NOSORH through contracts and special projects which increase the capacity of SORH and their partners and ensures sustainability of NOSORH. Allows NOSORH to be flexible and support initiatives for SORH which may not be federally funded. Secure CA funds for working with PCO Seek non-federal funding for NRHD Negotiate new contract with VHA Solicit sponsors to continue and grow funding of NOSORH Strategy
STRATEGIC ROLE: Support the sustainability and vitality of SORHs HIGH PRIORITY #2: Increase SORH capacity to support, strengthen and sustain Rural Health Clinics Fills an unmet need of at key rural health safety net providers Supports NOSORH work to grow the capacity of SORH with currently available expertise from other SORH and long standing partner Fits with NOSORH advocacy strategy to increase appropriation of SORH Rural Health Clinic Institute for SORH Strategy

STRATEGIC ROLE: Leadership organization & good “partner” organization HIGH PRIORITY #5: Increase the Impact of National Rural Health Day to increase visibility of SORH and rural community successes. STRATEGIC ROLE: Advocacy organization HIGH PRIORITY #6: Propose a new payment model and conditions of participation Allows CAH to be reimbursed as a focal point for integration of care in rural areas. Ensures SORH understand and plan for supporting new role for CAH in the future Strategy “Map”
STRATEGIC ROLE: Advocacy organization HIGH PRIORITY #6: Increase and diversify funding for SORHs in order to ensure continued sustainability and growth. SORH program needs reauthorization to fix issues with matching funds and indirect costs and ensure ongoing appropriation for SORH SORH need additional funding to meet the ever increasing demand for TA and expertise to improve rural health Strategy “Map”
