REQUIREMENTS for DEERS Disenrollment SPOUSE DIVORCE DECREE STEP CHILDREN DIVORCE DECREE CHILDREN ARE ENTITLED UNTIL AGE 21 - FULL TIME STUDENTS WITH 35 OR MORE SEMESTER HOURS ARE ENTITLED UNTIL AGE 23 - A LETTER FROM THE REGISTRAR OFFICE STATING FULL TIME STATUS AND ANTICIPATED GRADUATION DATE

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVE RETIREE ID CARDS RESERVE RETIREE RETIREMENT ORDERS ID CARD DEPENDENTS DD FORM 1172 POWER OF ATTORNEY ID CARD RESERVE RETIREE REACHES THE AGE OF 60, THEY WILL RECEIVE FULL RETIREMENT BENEFITS AND WILL NEED TO UPDATE DEERS TO RECEIVE THEIR BLUE RETIREMENT CARD.
