Evaluate and execute long-term vision for Youth Ministry 4. Develop Young Adult Ministry 5. Offer Domestic Mission Trip 6. Initiate a Capital Campaign 7. Participate in a combined event with Cumberland UMC 8. Devise a long-range plan for the UMW

2014 (Suggested) Goals 1. Grow attendance by 5% (26/year leads to AWA of 800 in 10 years) 2. Begin 3 new Growth Groups 3. Begin additional worship service 4. Review of our current preschool program and research the possibility of expanding hours and ages 5. Investigate ways to continue and expand Central’s relationship with Cumberland UMC 6. Create Mission Support Ministry
