Major revisions to pricing schedules – Increased rental fees in all categories Now includes utilities for days when sites are open but after normal hours of operation $60 per hour utility charge will still apply on days when sites are closed (including Fridays during the summer) – Normal hours of operation changed from 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. – Reduced the number of fee categories from 4 to 3 2 Facility Rental Fees

All Civic Center operations to run through the District office – District sponsored camps and clinics to operate through Community Schools account at the site – Camps and clinics conducted outside of the District MUST operate through Civic Center operations Fees will apply Employees included 3 Civic Center Operations

Sites receive 25% of the gross revenue – District pays employees required for the site operation – District monies are spread equitably throughout the District as needed to support operations – School site monies used to support site operations 4 Civic Center Operations

Bus Fees – Bus is provided at State Transportation Rate Is modified based on the most current price of fuel as determined by the District Director of Transportation – Driver is provided at driver’s rate of pay plus benefits Represents no change from current fee schedule 5 District Vehicles

Vending machine monies – Sites currently receive 100% of profits – Non school site vending machine profits are pooled and distributed back to school sites Gate receipts – Pooled at the District level and used to pay for operations Security, ticket takers, football chain gangs, etc. – Expenditures have exceeded revenues each year 6 Ancillary Revenues
