Typical leisure time activities in Vysočina (Highlands) region

Sport Sports are one of the most popular leisure time activities in our Vysočina region. We can go to the swimming pool or to the fitness centre, and we can also go to the gymnasium to play volleyball, basketball, football and floorball.

Sport Some people like horse riding or playing tennis. In winter we like skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating and tobogganing. In our free time we can go to some interest clubs, for example dancing, drawing or singing clubs.

Culture Cultural life in our town is not so rich as in large cities. We can go to the cinema, to the theatre or dancing.

Culture We like going to pubs, to coffee-bars, or to bowling halls. In the pubs we can play snooker, table soccer and darts. Sometimes we can stay at home and listen to the radio, watch television or read books.
