Fact one 2% is trapped deep in the earths crust or as ice-caps.

Fact two 71% of the earths surface is covered in water.

Fact three only 1% of the earths water is fresh and available.

Fact four 97% of this water is too salty.

Fact five Plants contains water. A lettuce can be 95% water.

Fact six We contain water (so do animals) The human body is 70% water.

Fact seven Humans can live for 2-4 weeks without food but we can only live for 4-7 days without water.
